Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets within the designated area.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all business activities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain to support business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration,



or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business management, with proven leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and develop effective strategies.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area to meet business demands.
