We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Designer to join our Training

Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging learning content,

presentations, and training materials that enhance learner experience and support

business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop training content, presentations, learning modules, and

learning assets.

- Create learner-centric content with robust storytelling and visual design

elements.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand training requirements and

translate them into effective learning solutions.

- Develop engaging and interactive training materials to improve learning

outcomes.

- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.





- Review, edit, and enhance existing training content based on feedback and

changing business needs.

- Support learning initiatives through content management, documentation, and

quality assurance.

- Create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and other

design tools.

- Assist in process documentation and creation of user-friendly learning

resources.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
