Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating architectural BIM models across all project stages — from concept to construction documentation. This role focuses purely on architectural scope, ensuring design intent, detailing accuracy, and documentation quality within BIM environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Translate conceptual designs into accurate BIM-based working drawings.
- Prepare GA drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed architectural packages.
- Develop façade details, interior detailing, and architectural components.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and architectural standards.
- Maintain architectural BIM standards, templates, and families.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP teams (limited to coordination, not design).




- Perform model audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support site teams with architectural model clarifications.
- Update models based on RFIs and design revisions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. (Mandatory)
- 2–4 years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architectural).
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and submission processes.
- Strong visualization and spatial coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
