We are hiring a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to grow our retail network and drive sales for our baby care brand. The role involves regular market visits, onboarding new retailers, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, pharmacies, and baby stores daily
- Generate new leads and onboard retailers/distributors
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure proper product display and visibility
- Collect payments and follow up on dues
- Share market feedback and competitor updates
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of Chennai market and surrounding areas
- Own two-wheeler preferred
- Target-oriented and hardworking
