Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate site manpower, including labour and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Handle procurement and purchasing of construction materials as per site requirements.
- Maintain site records, reports, and work progress documentation.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for project activities.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for project-related requirements.
