We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering software development projects, including mobile applications and web-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and effective coordination between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand business requirements of projects and clearly communicate them to the development and design teams.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
- Lead and oversee a cross-functional team comprising project coordinators, designers, and
developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or
cost overruns.
- Facilitate and provide client consultations as required throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct daily Scrum meetings and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Organize and deliver regular project demos to clients.
- Review project deliverables to ensure clients receive high-quality and reliable solutions.
