Hitendra Consultancy OPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized Telecaller / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, assist with daily office operations, maintain records, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients.
- Maintain customer and office records.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with team members and clients.
- Prepare basic reports and update data in the system.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
