Job Title: HR Faculty

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Faculty to join our academic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise in Human Resource Management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), MHRM, or a related discipline.
- Prior teaching, training, or HR industry experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Human Resource Management.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and assessments.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, examinations, and student performance.
- Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.




- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Participate in academic activities and curriculum development.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR concepts, Labour Laws, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Training & Development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
