Bell Boy

Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Bell Boy to assist guests with their luggage, escort them to their rooms, and provide excellent hospitality from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and qualified attitude.
- Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from their rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and hotel amenities.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements and local information when required.
- Deliver guest requests, messages, parcels, and amenities promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and luggage storage area.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
- Ensure guest luggage is handled safely and securely.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10th Pass or Higher Secondary.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.



Basic English or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Punctual, honest, and well-groomed.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations is preferred.
