We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build solid customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom and service center.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
- Conduct customer satisfaction (CSI) follow-up calls after vehicle delivery and service.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Remind customers about periodic service, insurance renewal, and other dealership campaigns.
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement programs.
- Prepare daily and monthly customer follow-up reports.
- Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in customer service, CRM, or automobile industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
