Responsibilities

- Design scalable, secure and production-grade AI, cloud and digital engineering solutions.
- Develop solutions and accelerators around Agentic AI, AI Factories, RAG, LLMOps and evaluation frameworks.
- Translate customer requirements into architecture blueprints, prototypes and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead technical discovery, solutioning, architecture discussions and customer presentations.
- Support pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, effort estimates and solution demonstrations.
- Work directly with customers during discovery, inception and critical delivery phases.
- Drive technology evaluations, framework selection, technical spikes and proof-of-concept development.
- Identify opportunities to modernise customer platforms using AI-native and digital engineering solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote architecture and engineering best practices.
- Contribute to reusable assets, technical standards and practice capability development.
- Travel for customer engagements as required.

Requirements

- 9–15 years of experience in software engineering,



digital product engineering or solution architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions.
- Good understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, LLMOps and vector infrastructure.
- Exposure to LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary cloud, frontend, backend, integration and distributed-system architectures.
- Experience in customer-facing technical discovery, consulting and solutioning roles.
- Exposure to technical pre-sales, proposal development and architecture-led solution positioning.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to mentor engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on.
- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer orientation.
