Job Title: Accountant

Job Location : Mangaluru, Karnataka

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of GST compliance, billing, invoicing, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle GST billing, GST returns, and ensure GST compliance.
- Generate tax invoices, e-way bills, and maintain GST records.
- Record daily accounting transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and monthly financial reports.




- Coordinate with auditors and support statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
- Positive knowledge of GST, billing, invoicing, and basic taxation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
