Cuisine: Pan Asain
- Assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operation and food production.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in accordance with HACCP and hotel standards.
- Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal menu changes.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, FIFO practices, and temperature control of food items
- Educational Qualification:Certification Course in hotel managementMin Experience: 2 to 3 yrs
