Key Responsibilities:

- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, target audience, and technical constraints.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize designs.
- Maintain design consistency through style guides, design systems, and UI patterns.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in IT or a similar field.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch,



or Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, user flows, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Must know AI tools and have an experience on it.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development.
- Experience working in Agile workplace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
