Job Title: Accountant

VSAN Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in ERP/Tally.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment vouchers.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com,



or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in inventory accounting.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
