Job Description

Duration: 3-6 months approximately

The exact length of your internship depends on how quickly you can meet your targets. If you can hire everyone within 3 months, that’s fantastic! If it takes 6 months, that’s okay too. You’ll be paid a fixed lump sum for the internship.

These are the targets (total 50 hirings)

You will need to hire:-

- Website Designers – 15

- Website developers – 10

- Logo designers – 5

- Mascot logo designers – 5

- Social media designers – 5

- Reels creators – 5

- Show reel creators – 5

You get an extra bonus of INR 5000 if you meet the targets within 3 months!

Timings

6-8 hrs/day | Monday to Friday (Saturday half day – if there is urgent work)

Responsibilities

- Post jobs on multiple platforms

- Review and shortlist applicants

- Perform screening of shortlisted applicants

- Create and evaluate assessments

- Finalize quality candidates and hire them upon your senior’s approval
