Job Title: Primary Coordinator

Location: Kidzonia Credence International School (KCIS), Nallagandla, Hyderabad

Job Summary

Kidzonia Credence International School (KCIS) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Primary Coordinator to lead and oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Primary Section. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, sound knowledge of the CBSE/Cambridge curriculum, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for mentoring teachers while ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day academic operations of the Primary Section.
- Supervise, mentor, and support teachers to ensure effective classroom instruction.
- Monitor lesson planning, curriculum implementation, assessments, and student learning outcomes.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Ensure smooth execution of academic calendars, examinations, and school activities.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, student well-being, and classroom management.
- Coordinate with the Principal and other departments to achieve academic goals.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and address concerns professionally.




- Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Plan and oversee co-curricular activities, events, and school functions.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.
- Prepare academic reports, maintain documentation, and monitor overall performance of the Primary Section.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed. (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, with 1–2 years of experience in an academic leadership or coordinator role.
- Experience in CBSE and/or Cambridge curriculum is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership, classroom observation, and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems is an added advantage.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
