Role Summary

The IT Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. This position involves ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications essential for supporting immigration processes and business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Design, implement, and manage the organization's computer networks to ensure productive and secure data communication.

 Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

 Administer and maintain servers, ensuring they are secure, updated, and operating at optimal performance throughout all the branches.

 Conduct regular backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.

 Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software resources.

 Ensure that all IT equipment is in good working condition.

 Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.

 Train employees on the proper use of IT resources and tools.

 Implement and enforce security protocols to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and malware.

 Conduct regular security audits and update security measures as needed.





 Contribute to the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure upgrades and expansions based on the company's needs.

 Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for support and maintenance contracts.

 Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

 Sort out the IT related tickets raising through keka by all branches of Irish Expert.

Education : Graduate in IT or Related Field

Experience: 2 Years & Above

Special knowledge, abilities and skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are advantageous. Strong knowledge of network protocols, security measures, and server administration. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
