Job Requirements

Ø Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify digital application opportunities and prioritise based on business impact, feasibility, data readiness and strategic alignment.

Ø Lead end-to-end Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) to design & develop enterprise-grade digital applications. It comprises functional requirement documentation, architect application design, technical specifications, develop, quality assurance, user acceptance, deploy, maintain and continuous improvement & support. Documentation and adherence to change control policies & procedures.

Ø Utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g. Microsoft VS Code, Copilot for GitHub) to accelerate software design, coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Ø Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment automation, and release management processes. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and quality assurance processes.

Ø Monitor application performance, availability, scalability, and security to ensure high reliability.

Ø Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and reusable application components following industry best practices.

Ø Design & develop integrations between various enterprise digital platforms (e.g. Active Directory SSO, SAP S/4HANA, CRM, HRMS, PLM, Microsoft Fabric) and other manufacturing systems using APIs and middleware technologies.

Ø Mentor software developers, conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions,



and guide engineering teams in adopting best practices.

Ø Act as a strategic link between business stakeholders, shared IT COEs and digital solution partners to facilitate development & deployment of inhouse digital applications. Periodically review SLA adherence & delivery quality.

Ø Implement appropriate governance, compliance controls and data governance ensuring timely upgrades of landscape to latest standards.

Ø Conduct workshops, demonstrations, training sessions for adoption and realised business advantages.

Ø Organize scheduled progress reviews and track deliveries as per agreed timelines & cost and provide updates to business stakeholders.

Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI-assisted development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and enterprise software architecture.

Work Experience

Ø B.E. / B. Tech (Computer Science / Data Science or a related field)

Ø 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development with minimum 3 years in a lead role.

Ø Deep hands-on experience using with Microsoft Visual Studio, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, JSON/XML and Microsoft SQL Server.

Ø Experience in using development environment deployed on Microsoft Azure DevOps, VS Code, Github, Copilot for Github for similar AI-assisted coding tools.

Ø Knowledge of Python, Node.js, C#, React.js or Angular.

Ø Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple functions.
