Role Description

The Operations Engineer will serve as a critical part of our customer support team, blending technical expertise with outstanding customer service skills.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer requirements.
- Provide technical support to customers by addressing product- and service-related inquiries through phone, email,



or other communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve operational and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, operational activities, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with the Production, Sales, Service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and operational challenges.
- Assist customers with product installation, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution.
- Monitor ongoing operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Track customer feedback, recurring issues, and operational performance, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support site activities, commissioning, and customer visits whenever required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
