Role Overview:

PVblink Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage service coordination, customer support, engineer scheduling, and back-office service operations.

The candidate should have good communication skills, coordination ability, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and service-related queries

Coordinate with field service engineers for daily visits and updates

Schedule service calls and follow-ups

Maintain service reports, records, and CRM updates

Support clients with basic issue coordination





Coordinate with internal technical and operations team

Ensure proper communication between customers and service staff

Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma preferred

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and handle customer coordination

Solar / Electrical industry experience preferred
