Social Media Operations Manager

Role Overview- We are looking for a Social Media Operations Manager who will manage day-to-day social media activities, ensure timely responses to customer queries, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain smooth operations across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social platforms. The role focuses more on execution, coordination, and customer handling rather than content creation alone.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Monitor DMs, comments, story replies, and ensure quick and accurate responses
- Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, sizing, availability, delivery, and order status
- Ensure brand tone and communication guidelines are followed consistently

Lead & Order Coordination

- Convert social media inquiries into qualified leads and orders
- Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for stock availability and dispatch updates
- Maintain a basic tracker of inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups

Content & Posting Support

- Coordinate with the content/marketing team for:
- Post scheduling
- Reels uploads
- Story updates
- Ensure posts go live as per the content calendar
- Flag any errors or inconsistencies in product information





Reporting & Optimization

- Track daily metrics such as:
- Number of inquiries
- Response time
- Conversions from social media
- Share weekly performance summaries with the management team
- Suggest process improvements to reduce response delays and missed leads

Platform & Tool Management

- Manage tools like WhatsApp Business, CRM or lead trackers
- Ensure auto-replies, quick replies, and FAQs are updated and working correctly

Skills & Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media handling or operations
- Strong written communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Instagram & WhatsApp Business
- Organized, detail-oriented, and quick at multitasking
- Basic understanding of ecommerce or retail operations is a plus
- Ability to handle high DM volumes during sales or launches

Preferred (Valuable to Have)

- Experience in fashion, kidswear, or D2C brands
- Familiarity with tools like ManyChat, Shopify, or CRM systems

Work Type

- Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
