- Prepare and verify client & contractor bills.
- Review BOQs, measurements, and quantity calculations.
- Prepare RA bills and final bills.
- Perform quantity estimation and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with site, planning, and accounts teams.
- Maintain billing records and MIS reports.
- Ensure billing accuracy as per contract terms.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in civil billing.
- Experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), and quantity surveying.
