Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, proactive individual to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a 75-cent hilly estate in Munnar. The property needs someone with initiative who can coordinate workers, oversee maintenance, and keep the owner informed of progress.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all daily operations of the estate
Supervise the gardener and any contract labourers on-site
Assess the current condition of the property and create a priority action plan
Coordinate repair and maintenance work — fencing, water supply, pathways, structures Ensure the security and safety of the property at all times
Provide regular updates and progress reports to the owner (WhatsApp / calls)
Liaise with local contractors, suppliers, and government offices as needed
Maintain basic records of work completed, expenses, and pending tasks
Identify and flag issues (encroachment, damage, pest problems) proactively Required

Skills & Qualifications





Minimum 3 years of experience in estate management, property supervision, or site co-ordination
Proven ability to manage workers and get things done on the ground
Robust knowledge of local area, contractors, and vendors in or around Munnar
Trustworthy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Good communication skills — Malayalam essential, Hindi also preferred
Basic knowledge of horticulture or estate upkeep is an advantage
Willingness to reside on-site or be available full-time
Prior experience managing hill estates, tea gardens, or agricultural land in the Munnar/Idukki region is strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,041.05 per month
