About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Hardware & Network Engineer to join our technical support and deployment team. As part of our IT hardware and services division, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure for our corporate clients, retail customers, and distributor network. You will be the technical face of the company, ensuring our clients experience zero downtime and high-quality service under their Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

Key Responsibilities

- Hardware Installation & Support: Assemble, configure, and install desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripheral devices at client sites.
- Network Deployment: Design, set up, and manage Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), including cabling, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures, network bottlenecks, and OS issues,



providing both remote and on-site support.
- AMC Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive maintenance for clients under AMC, ensuring all hardware and network security protocols are up to date.
- Security & Backup: Install and configure firewalls, endpoint security (antivirus), and automated data backup solutions to protect client data.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, IT, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 1 years of hands-on experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and network administration.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, routing/switching, and basic firewall configuration.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
