We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Audit & Accounts Executive to handle statutory audits, bookkeeping, GST compliance, and financial reporting for our clients. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and audit procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit Work
- Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
- Verification of books of accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents
- Preparation of audit working papers and reports
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/other accounting software
- Preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow)
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
3. GST & Taxation
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with books
- Basic knowledge of Income Tax and TDS compliance

Compliance & Documentation
- ROC filings and other statutory compliance
- Handling client queries and coordination
- Maintaining proper documentation and records
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and auditing concepts
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and time management
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA/CMA Inter (preferred)
- Articleship or relevant experience is an advantage

- Ability to work under deadlines during peak periods
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
