- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster qualified growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Ability to lead technical teams and drive collaborative problem-solving across multiple groups.
- Familiarity with integration of supply chain management systems within enterprise environments.
