Job Title: FEA Teacher (English & Employability Skills) Location: Kanpur, Kanpur Dehat, Fatehpur, Banda, Hamirpur (Uttar Pradesh) Job Type: Full-Time (6 days/week, 8-hour split shift) Salary: ₹14,500.00 per month + Performance-Based Bonuses Position Overview: Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is seeking passionate individuals to deliver our specialized English and employability skills curriculum to young adults. This role goes beyond conventional teaching; it is a leadership opportunity to mentor 55–60 youth annually, preparing them for successful careers in the modern workforce. Key Responsibilities: Conduct 4 engaging daily interactive sessions (1 hour 40 mins each) with groups of 18–20 students. Lead community mobilization efforts to identify and onboard new students, maintaining a robust branch strength of 70+ students. Manage 30 minutes of daily administrative tasks efficiently. Participate fully in our comprehensive corporate training program in Lucknow. What We Offer:
