Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution

Min 4-5 end-to-end implementations of BY SCPO / BY ESP
Strong in managing customer expectations, stakeholder management, regular reviews and customer management
Focus on delivery-led growth leading to increased revenue generation
Contribute to RFP responses, customer presentations and project estimations
Solid knowledge of SCM Planning concepts, practices and procedures
Expert in customization of supply chain models, conversant with Linear Programming Optimization solver, MAP & Deep Tree solver,



custom operation plan release mechanism in production planning and having sound knowledge in capacity planning.
Functional & Technical hands-on experience in BY Demand & Fulfilment and ESP.
Build custom functionalities in BY SCPO and BY ESP
Hands-on experience in BY integration, batch processes, Solution Architecture
Hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL components and fine-tuning SQL process
Familiarity with agile principles and project management
Ability to produce quality deliverables with minimal supervision and direction
Hands-on experience in handling business requirements in JIRA and similar tools
Ability to conduct Business End user Training and grooming internal talent pool
Ability to demonstrate a high level of responsiveness and a sense of urgency
Process oriented with ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
Experience to independently manage presentations to Customers and Stakeholders
