Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom and project sales for premium designer stone products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and high-value clients.
- Conduct customer consultations and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team while ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales,
preferably in:
- Natural Stone
- Tiles
- Luxury Interiors
- Building Materials
- Premium Retail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of the architecture and interior design industry.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Additional Requirements
- Age: Up to 35 years

Compensation
Salary will be offered based on the candidate's interview performance, relevant experience, skills, educational qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
