Fund Raising & Banking Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities**

1. Fund Raising

* Identify, evaluate, and secure funding from banks, NBFCs, private lenders, and other financial institutions.

* Structure financing proposals, prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and build financial models to support loan applications.

* Lead negotiations on terms, interest rates, covenants, and repayment structures to optimize borrowing costs.

* Track market trends, interest rate movements, and various funding instruments such as term loans, working capital limits, and invoice discounting.

2. Bank Liaisoning

* Build and maintain strong relationships with relationship managers, credit teams, and senior banking officials.

* Ensure timely submission of stock statements, financials, CMA data, and compliance-related documents.

* Coordinate internally for documentation, legal formalities, and collateral management.

* Proactively resolve lender queries and ensure smooth processing of proposals and renewals.

3. Reporting & Compliance

* Monitor fund utilization, repayment schedules, and compliance with financial covenants.





* Prepare MIS reports covering borrowing costs, outstanding limits, and lender exposure.

* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (RBI, MCA, and other applicable norms).

Key Skills & Competencies

* Strong understanding of banking products, credit appraisal, and funding structures.

* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

* Solid analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

* Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.

* Immediate Joiner will be preferred.

* CA Fresher/MBA (Finance) preferred.

* 2+ years of experience in fund raising, treasury, or corporate banking liaison roles.

* Demonstrated experience in securing institutional funding and managing multiple lender relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.78 - ₹40,399.82 per month
