Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end tendering activities on the Government e Marketplace (GeM), e-tender portals, and other government procurement platforms.

Search, analyze, and identify relevant government/Private tenders aligned with company products and services.

Prepare, submit, and track bids, proposals, technical documents, and commercial quotations within deadlines.

Ensure compliance with tender requirements, government procurement policies, and documentation standards.

Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical specifications, approvals, and supporting documents.





Monitor tender status, bid results, order updates, and contract execution processes.

Maintain accurate records of tenders, submissions, contracts, and performance reports.

Stay updated on GeM policies, e-procurement guidelines, and market opportunities in the government sector.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in sales,Tender Management, Gem Portal preferably within the government or public sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
