KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial reports and compliance.
- Ensuring smooth execution of accounting and finance operation on day to day basis.
- Manage the P&L;, finance, accounting, taxation, CAPEX and compliance activities.
- Well versed with Costing, inventory control (PIV),



Opex & NWC Management
- Monthly on time accounting Closures for MIS preparation
- Preparation of Annual Budget & tracking
- Ensuring statutory compliance related to Direct & Indirect Taxation & liaising with consultant
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Drive the team and functional partners to better outcomes through explicit communication of performance and synthesis of results
- Help drive process improvement and efficiency across processes

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

- CA with 10-12 yrs. of experience
- High proficiency in MS Excel and ERP
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- High level of accuracy demanded
- Accounting Background will be highly preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
- A team player who is enthusiastic, positive and proactive
