Role Description

We are seeking a target oriented dynamic professional as business development manager to

drive sales growth, expand and streamline our broker partner network & build strong client

relationships for our premium residential projects. It is a full-time role based in Mumbai. The

primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing

and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and preparing proposals and business

strategies. The role also includes market analysis, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with

internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of business initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience





● 2–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Real Estate.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to foster and maintain long-term client relationships.

● Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

● Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

● Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English.
