Job Role: Proposal & Tender Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Proposal / Tender Executive to manage end-to-end proposal drafting and submission for government and PSU tenders. The role involves analysing RFPs, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and preparing high-quality, compliant bid documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyse government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs to understand scope, eligibility, and compliance requirements.
- Draft and compile technical proposals, including methodology, approach, work plan, company profile, and capability statements.
- Coordinate with consulting, technical, finance, and legal teams to gather required inputs for proposals.
- Prepare compliance matrices, checklists,



and supporting documents as per tender requirements.
- Ensure proposals are formatted and submitted as per guidelines and within timelines.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates, credentials, and past submissions.
- Track upcoming tenders through government portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.).
- Support bid submission (online/offline) and post-submission clarifications if required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in proposal drafting / bid management / government tendering.

Skills Required:

- Solid written communication and drafting skills.
- Good understanding of government procurement and tender processes.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
