Job Summary

Ourika Estates is seeking an accomplished Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Projects to lead the execution of premium hospitality project in Ayodhya. The role requires a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, quality excellence, and regulatory compliance while leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of residential and commercial from planning through project handover.
- Develop project execution strategies, construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality standards.
- Supervise civil, structural, finishing, MEP, infrastructure, and external development works.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to achieve construction milestones.
- Manage project budgets, contractor billing, cost control, BOQ verification, and resource optimization.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, local authority regulations, statutory approvals, safety standards, and company policies.
- Drive quality assurance and implement best construction practices across all project activities.
- Review contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.




- Lead procurement planning and coordinate with the purchase team for timely availability of materials and services.
- Prepare project MIS, progress reports, budget reviews, and management presentations.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, MEP, and site execution teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure smooth project handover with complete documentation and timely closure of snag lists.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in large-scale residential, commercial or group housing project execution.
- Thorough understanding of RCC construction, finishing works, infrastructure development, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and billing.
- Sound understanding of RERA regulations, construction laws, and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project execution with a reputed real estate developer.
- Proven track record of delivering large residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors and cross-functional teams is essential.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Developer-side experience is mandatory.
- Robust leadership and people management capabilities.
- Ability to drive projects under stringent timelines while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Experience in luxury commercial or integrated township developments will be an added advantage.

Compensation: Best in the industry, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
