We are Need82 Forex and Travels Private Limited, a leading company in service industry. We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to help us build and maintain strong connections with our clients, making sure they are happy and satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities:

- Assist Customers: Be the main contact for customers, helping them with their questions and issues.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong and positive relationships with customers to keep them satisfied.
- Resolve Problems: Quickly solve customer problems and complaints to keep them happy.
- Provide Information: Share details about our products or services to help customers understand what we offer.
- Collect Feedback: Ask customers for feedback to help improve our services.
- Update Records: Keep accurate information about customer interactions in the system.
- Team Collaboration:



Work closely with other team members to ensure customers get the best service.

- Customer-Focused: Always try to help and keep customers satisfied.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
