Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using Elementor.
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
- Develop responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Perform backend development and database integration using PHP and MySQL.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related technical issues.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Configure and manage cPanel, DNS, SSL certificates, and .htaccess settings.
- Implement on-page SEO using plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, cross-browser compatible, and follow best UI/UX practices.
- Perform regular website updates, backups, maintenance, and security checks.
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to develop landing pages, lead generation forms, and conversion-focused website elements.
- Monitor website functionality and recommend improvements for performance and user experience.
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and development best practices.

Required Skills





- Minimum 3 years of experience in WordPress development and web designing.
- Solid expertise in WordPress CMS and Elementor Page Builder.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Good knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Experience with WordPress plugin customization and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Figma, along with working knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.
- Experience in website speed optimization and improving Core Web Vitals.
- Working knowledge of cPanel, DNS, SSL, and .htaccess configuration.
- Experience implementing on-page SEO using Yoast SEO or Rank Math.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with WooCommerce website development.
- Basic knowledge of React.js or similar frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and SEO best practices.
- Experience designing high-converting landing pages, call-to-action sections, and lead generation forms

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
