We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Software Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for selling B2B software solutions, connecting with business clients, understanding their requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, leads, and online channels.
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
- Explain software features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Conduct online product demos and handle customer queries.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain customer and sales activity records using CRM tools.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Software Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or Subscription Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales goals.
- Basic understanding of CRM and sales processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
