Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting business data to support management decision-making. The role involves preparing accurate reports, managing databases, and ensuring data integrity across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Collect, validate, and analyze data from different departments.

- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of business data.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely insights.

- Maintain and update databases, records, and reporting systems.

- Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, and Charts.

- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

- Support business planning and decision-making through data analysis.

- Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.





- Perform other MIS-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards).

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.

- Additional certification in Excel, Data Analytics, or MIS will be an advantage.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related role.

- Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply.

Salary

- As per company standards and candidate experience.
