About the Internship

Mahashankh Design & Technology is hiring HR Interns for our office in Amer, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This is a paid internship designed for students who want to gain real-world experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations while working with a fast-growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Coordinate internship and campus hiring drives.
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Support employee engagement and HR-related activities.
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Eligibility

- MBA (HR, Marketing, Business Administration) – Pursuing or Completed
- BBA – Pursuing or Completed
- B.Tech (All Branches) – Pursuing or Completed
- BCA – Pursuing or Completed
- BBM, B.Com, M.Com, BA, MA, MCA, and other relevant graduates may also apply.




- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to work from the office in Amer, Jaipur.
