Job Description:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales
- Take inbound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
- Handle outbound call to resolves insurance related issues
- Verify the credentials of health care professionals
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience 1 year in AR Insurance Calling in any of the Healthcare BPO/KPO (Voice Process) or Experience of International Calling
- Freshers with excellent communication can apply
- Work in Night shifts
- Excellent English communication
