Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials required for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of interior materials, vendor management, and purchase processes, ensuring timely procurement and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, source, and procure materials required for ongoing interior projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites.
- Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and project managers regarding material requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, bills, GRNs, and related documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify current vendors and competitive pricing.




- Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
- Visit vendor locations and project sites whenever required.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or the interior design industry.
- Basic knowledge of interior materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, electrical, plumbing, and related products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
