Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for driving business growth while ensuring seamless execution of logistics operations.

Acquiring current clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring efficient service delivery aligned with customer expectations.

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in transportation, warehousing, and supply chain services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

2. Operations Management

- Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet service commitments
- Manage fleet utilization, route planning, and shipment tracking

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Resolve escalations and operational issues promptly




- Conduct regular client reviews and performance discussions

4. Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor both sales and operations teams
- Set targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
- Foster collaboration between departments

5. Process Improvement & Strategy

- Identify gaps in operations and implement process improvements
- Align sales commitments with operational capabilities
- Develop SOPs and improve workflow efficiency

6. Financial & Performance Management

- Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and profit margins
- Track KPIs such as revenue growth, cost efficiency, and service levels
- Prepare reports on sales performance and operational metrics
