We are seeking a skilled CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications, ensuring high quality and efficiency in manufacturing.
- Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or machining centers) to produce parts as per drawings.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and raw materials at the workstation.
- Monitor machine operations and make minor program adjustments when required.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Maintain production logs and report deviations or issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the operating area.
- Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- BE or Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines (freshers with training will be considered).
- Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC programming basics.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards.
