About the Role

We're looking for a curious, tech-savvy, and growth-driven Junior Web Developer to join our squad. This isn't a fresher seat, you've already spent at least a year building real applications on the PERN stack, and you're now ready to level up by stepping into the world of AI-powered development.

You'll build clean, scalable, high-performance applications while learning directly from experienced developers and AI specialists. If writing solid code, shipping cool products, and staying ahead of tech trends excite you, this role has your name on it.

What You'll Do

- Build and enhance web applications across the PERN stack
- Develop responsive, modern UI components in React.js
- Support backend features with Node.js + Express.js
- Design and handle database operations in PostgreSQL
- Integrate AI APIs, automation workflows, and smart features (training provided)
- Connect frontend and backend cleanly through REST APIs
- Debug, resolve issues, and optimize performance like a pro
- Collaborate in an Agile team — join code reviews, ship fast, and share ideas
- Write clean, well-documented, future-friendly code

What You Bring (Must-Have)

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar full stack/web developer role
- Working proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL




- Solid grip on HTML5, CSS3 (Bootstrap / Tailwind / MUI) and JavaScript ES6+
- Practical understanding of REST APIs and general web architecture
- Comfort writing SQL queries and applying relational database concepts
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-collaboration skills
- Genuine eagerness to learn and adapt — especially with AI tools and new technologies

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)

- Hands-on experience with Git & GitHub
- Exposure to AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Knowledge of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth)
- Sense for UI/UX principles and component libraries
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum workflows
