Roles & Responsibilities

Relevant experience in the coating and plating industry is mandatory.

- Lead and manage QA & QC functions across the plant
- Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO / GMP / regulatory standards
- Approve SOPs, BMR/BPR, specifications, and quality documents
- Handle internal and external audits
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity
- Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
- Ensure calibration of instruments and lab compliance
- Review and approve test results and reports
- Lead internal audits, external audits, and customer audits
- Prepare plant for audit readiness at all times
- Ensure closure of audit observations (CAPA)




- Investigate complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with production and R&D; for improvements
- Lead QA/QC team and assign responsibilities
- Train employees on quality systems and procedures
- Build a quality-focused culture in the organization
