- Verify vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and supporting documents before processing.
- Process invoices, payment requests, debit/credit notes, and ensure timely submission for approval.
- Match invoices with purchase orders (POs), delivery challans, and Goods Received Notes (GRNs) to identify discrepancies.
- Maintain and update invoice records, payment trackers, and vendor master data in Excel or ERP systems.
- Assist in Accounts Payable activities, including invoice entry, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies,



missing documents, and payment-related queries.
- Prepare and organize accounting documents, vouchers, bills, and support records for audits and internal reviews.
- Support bank reconciliations, expense verification, and month-end documentation as required.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining office records, filing documents, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
- Generate MIS reports, maintain accurate financial documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
