Experience : 7-8 years

To carry out design and detailing process from conception to construction documentation to ensure consistency of design idea.

To conduct field surveys, on-site meetings and project meetings and coordinate schedule reviews and submit samples.

To carry out calculations, make estimates, technical specifications and reports. To document on-site observations and reviews.

To ensure accuracy of complete working drawing sets and perform project research and consultant co-ordinations.

Handling the preparation of bid documents and request for proposals. To plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completion within budget through stages of projects.

To monitor project cost and maintain separate sheets for all projects being handled. To prepare project status reports/site, reports/minutes of meetings. Team handling experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
