We have a requirement for Quality Assurance Executive for Isha Life. Please find below the Job details:

- Ensure implementation of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.Monitor compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and FSSAI requirements.
- Perform vendor qualification and supplier performance evaluation.Assist in supplier technical audits and maintain quality agreements.Support preparation and review of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
- Monitor product stability and shelf-life studies.Review batch manufacturing and packaging records.Verify Certificates of Analysis (COA) for raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, quality records, specifications, and reports.Conduct internal audits, GMP inspections, and hygiene audits.Monitor cleaning, sanitation, personal hygiene, and pest control programs.
- Handle deviations, non-conformities, investigations,



and CAPA implementation.Support change control activities and maintain related documentation.
- Assist in product recall and mock recall activities.Investigate customer and market complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Verify production processes and in-process quality checks.Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance departments.
- Train employees on food safety, hygiene, GMP, and quality procedures.
- Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.Ensure compliance with company quality policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
